Study trip of Dr. Rashid Mayoka to Salzburg
Dr. Rashid Mayoka, head of the Surgical Department of St. Francis Hospital was in Salzburg for 4 weeks in the "Krankenhaus der Barmherzigen Brüder" for studies in the field of endoscopy.
Prof. Dr. Klaus Schwamberger, former head of the Surgical Department in the "Krankenhaus der Barmherzigen Brüder"in Salzburg and Doz. Dr. Gerhard Kunit, former head of the Urological Department in the same hospital, invited Dr. Rashid Mayoka for a study trip to their former place of work. Thanks to the obligingness of Prim. Dr. Helmut Weiss, Dr. Mayoka had the opportunity to improve his skills in the fields of gastroscopy, coloscopy and cystoscopy. Our association has provided him with new endoscopes. Now they can be used in favour of the patients of St. Francis Hospital.
