On this day, the Gala Dinner, initiated by Landolf Sattlegger, celebrated its 10th birthday
Headmaster Wilhelm Raggl together with our member Hans Kreuzer, organized, as every year, a culinary feast. This time Austrian dishes were presented with dishes of the African cuisine.
Teachers and students of the Fachberufsschule für Tourismus und Handel created a five-course menu highly praised not only by the numerous guests but also by 14 distinguished chefs, who were present both as guests and jurors.
At the same time excellent wines from the wine-growing estate Waltner from Kirchberg am Wagram/Austria were served.
This year the incredible amount of € 8000 was donated. It will be used to improve the water supply of St. Francis Hospital.
