From 9/5 to 21/6/2015:
The cleaning team of the hospital
*A path in the hosptal area, destroyed by flood, was repaired together with VSO.
*Repair of a flood-destroid water pipe C
*Auernig Thomas checked the two sterilizers and managed to repair both of them. After 4 weeks one of them broke down again. So far, the hospital workshop team has failed to repair it. We believe spending money on these old sterilizers doesn't make sense anymore; as things are, new ones should be bought. The Swiss Development Agency DEZA are currently planning a new theatre, obviously with new sterilizers; so we do not do anything at the moment.
*Schachinger Markus has repaired the solar plant. Now it works perfectly, hopefully for a long time.
*Maintenance of the generator was organized by Christine.
*Gerti Beck worked in the internal wards and in the Sonography Department, together with SFUCHAS students.
*Alge Axel und Lydia worked in the labour ward and in the Sonography Department.
*Numerous meetings with the hospital management and Rt.Rev. Bishop Libena.
*Financing of hospital fees for many poor patients.
