Summer Benefit Evening
After a pandemic-related break, a benefit evening could be organized under the motto "Fete Blanche".
In favor of our association, the Tyrolean College for Tourism and Commerce, under the leadership of Director Martina Bombardelli and her team was able to organize a gala dinner again, this time under the motto "Fete blanche".
The students demonstrated together with the teachers their skills in a highly professional manner and ensured a successful evening in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.
Mrs. Bombardelli welcomed all guests in the beautifully designed garden in front of the banquet hall.
The director, the teaching team, as well as the performing students were perfectly organized for the evening.
The kitchen team created an "eight-course" menu for the attending guests on the highest level and provided for palate pleasures and the well-being of the guests.
The students in service spoiled the guests with excellent wines and served the individual courses with great pleasure. They were able to demonstrate their skills.
Mrs. Bombardelli presented the association Doctors for Ifakara a check for the sum of 11,000 euros, which will benefit the St. Francis Referral Hospital Ifakara.
